By purchasing a package from Avatarverse, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Rules of Avatarverse, which can be accessed on the Discord in the #rules channel.
Refunds
You are permitted to refund your purchase for any reason up to 24 hours after receiving your rank/package and all of its perks. After this one-day period is over, you may still appeal to refund your purchase, but there is no guarantee that your appeal will be successful. Please note that being banned or incurring other punishments that interfere with your ability to utilize your rank's perks, are usually not valid reasons to request a refund. If you believe the punishment in question is unjust, you may appeal on our Discord server (https://avatarverse.net/discord) in the #ban-appeals channel if you were banned, or you can message any staff member on the server or on Discord to explain your situation.
