By purchasing a donator package from Avatarverse, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Rules of Avatarverse, which can be accessed on the server with the command /rules and on the Discord in the #rules channel.

Refunds

You are permitted to refund your purchase for any reason up to 24 hours after receiving your donator rank/package and all of its perks. After this one-day period is over, you may still appeal to refund your purchase, but there is no guarantee that your appeal will be successful. Please note that being banned, tempbanned, or other punishments that interfere with your ability to utilize your rank's perks, are usually not valid reasons to request a refund. If you believe the punishment in question is unjust, you may appeal on our Discord server (https://avatarverse.net/discord) in the #ban-appeals channel if you were banned, or you can message any staff member on the server or on Discord to explain your situation.

Staff Assistance

Please note that some of the perks included in your donator rank may require manual attention from staff. Staff are humans and may not be available when you purchase your rank. Please allow them some time to give you the full privileges of your rank. You may send them an in-game mail (/mail send [name of staff member]), message them/ping them on Discord, or message them on the forum website (avatarverse.net). If you do not know who to ask for help, ask Aztl, the Owner. His Minecraft username is Aztl, and his Discord username is @aztl.
